Magnetism Day
Industry DaysWhat Is Magnetism Day?
November 11th is "Magnetism Day" in Japan. The date comes from likening a magnet's north (+) and south (-) poles to "juichi" (eleven, read as "plus, minus"). It was established in 1992 by Pip Fujimoto (now Pip Co., Ltd.), maker of the magnetic therapy product "Pip Elekiban."
